What exactly do I receive?
Every order has two parts:

• By post: the metal card (or all three cards in the Complete Set) in a small jewelry gift box, shipped in a protective padded envelope.
• By email, right after purchase: two PDF books — Three Wishes, the true story of great-grandfather Uroš, and Ritual, a short guide on how to give, open and use your cards. The books are part of every product.

How do I choose the language of the books?
On the product page, choose your language in the Language option before adding to cart. Both books are sent in that language — you can choose from 42 languages.

Is the language on the card different depending on what I choose?
No. Every card is the same: the word is engraved in all 42 languages. Your language choice only sets the language of the two books.

When do the books arrive?
Immediately after your order is confirmed — the download links are in your order confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If it still isn't there, a link doesn't open, or you chose the wrong language, write to info@happybalkancards.com and we will send the right books within 24 hours.

Can I send the cards directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, simply enter their name and address as the shipping address — the cards will go straight to them.

I'm buying a gift — who gets the books?
The books go to the email used at checkout. You can simply forward the email to the person you're giving the cards to.

What are the cards made of?
Lightweight aluminium, credit-card size, so they fit in any wallet. The words are laser-engraved (not printed), so they won't fade, and aluminium doesn't rust.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

• United States & Canada: 2–5 business days after dispatch (shipped from our US warehouse)
• Europe: 10–14 business days after dispatch
• United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world: usually 2–4 weeks after dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders ship from within the US, so there are no import fees. For other countries, import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by your country's customs or postal service on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Can I order just one card?
Yes. You can order any single card, or choose the Complete Set with all three.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
You can return the cards within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Please email us first at info@happybalkancards.com and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong — then we cover it. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do the cards have any special power?
The cards are a symbolic gift — a way to wish someone happiness, health and love. They are not a medical or religious product and do not promise any result.

What occasions are they for?
Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, a new baby, a new home, graduation, a new job, retirement, Christmas and New Year, saying thank you or sorry, moving away — or just because. See our Gift Ideas page for more.
