Refund policy

What you can return
You can return the physical cards within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused and in their original packaging (gift box), together with proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Please email us first at info@happybalkancards.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Packages sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — in that case we cover it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If a card is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

Digital books (PDF)
The books Three Wishes and Ritual are part of every product and are delivered by email immediately after purchase. They cannot be returned or refunded separately from the cards. If a book doesn't arrive, a link doesn't work, or you received the wrong language, email us and we will send the correct books within 24 hours.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The cards must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Where permitted by law, this right does not apply to the digital books once their delivery has begun.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to show the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different card is to return the one you have and place a new order.
